Monthly rate for 1-3 above: for full-time, the rate is 1300-1500 USD per man (work for you every workday); for part-time, the rate is 600-800 USD per man (work for you about 10 to 15 days per
month). One person here usually takes 5 to 6 hours a day to write code and
do testing, 2 or 3 hours a day to read spec and other materials, maintain
documentations, discuss details, check the progress, etc. We may have 3
months to one year
renewal agreement with a 30 day probationary period and you may pay the termination fee
for early termination. |

Technical consulting: the hourly rate is 15 USD, including the
time for understanding and discussing materials your sent or the
difficulties you met, writing sample code or directed
engineering (directed engineering means helping you implement a
specific feature or solve a specific problem by modifying your
project directly), and replying you via email or IM software. We can
tell you the details of why we did something in some way, if you are interested. |
